The bouquet is intense and wrapping with hints of fruit, some vegetal notes and sweet spicy ones like cardamom that have aged nicely. The mouthfeel is still fresh and has a fine salinity, with soft and yet dense tannins. Biodynamic and organic farming approaches are still applied throughout the 31 hectares (77 acres) of vineyards.The soils are typified by jasper, rock and pebbles and are planted to a total of 10 grape varieties.
