It is planted largely to Cabernet Sauvignon, with small amounts of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Almost all of Juslyn's wines are produced from estate-grown fruit from this Spring Mountain property.The flagship of the Juslyn portfolio is the Estate Cabernet Sauvignon which includes a tiny portion of Merlot. After fermentation, it spends two years barrel-aging in French oak, prior to 4 months in bottle before release.
