La hierba principal que utilizamos en este vermut es la artemisia, punto de partida tradicional de cualquier vermut. Pero hay otra planta que también es muy común en el vermú, la genciana, que contiene la que probablemente sea la sustancia más amarga del mundo, la amaro-genciana, y la utilizan en este vermú. Su vino base para este vermú es un Macabeo bien estructurado, perfecto para el proceso de crianza y el carácter neutro de esta uva hace que no interfiera con la acción de las hierbas excepcionalmente amargas utilizadas. El vermú reposa durante 9 meses en barricas de castaño seminuevas antes de ser embotellado.

Nariz: Una mezcla de hierbas silvestres y del bosque seco con una sutil nota mineral.

Boca: Balsámico, refrescante y elegante con sensaciones agridulces en perfecto equilibrio.

Final: Refrescante.
