Nose: Dried apricot, honeycomb, polished oak, dark toffee, orange peel, and delicate spice with hints of leather and toasted almond.

Palate: Luxurious and silky with caramelized fruit, vanilla cream, rich malt, baking spices, oak tannin, and subtle dark chocolate complexity.

Distillery Information

Penderyn Distillery was founded in 2000 and played a pivotal role in reviving Welsh whisky production after more than a century of dormancy.
