The estate produces a range of wines from local and neighboring appellations across both the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varieties. The domaine has a total of 6.5 hectares (16 acres) across nine appellations, including parcels in the Grand Cru vineyards of Clos Vougeot, Echezeaux and Richebourg. Anne Gros also makes village-level Vosne-Romanée and Chambolle-Musigny wines, as well as generic Bourgogne rouge and Bourgogne blanc wines. The vines are farmed according to biodynamic principles. Red grapes are vinified in epoxy-lined cement tanks, with whites in stainless steel. Barrel-aging typically lasts around 16 months with 80 percent new oak for Grand Crus, 50 percent for village wines and 30 percent for regional wines. The Bourgogne blanc is aged for 12 months in large-format (500L) oak barrels of which around 30 percent are new oak.
