Exceptionally mature and elegant, it delivers layers of dark fruit, herbal rye spice, maple, vanilla and seasoned oak with the refined character of extended maturation.

Nose: Rich dark fruit, maple and vanilla with sweet herbs, mint, toasted oak, leather and subtle baking spice.

Palate: Mature and complex, with dark cherry, maple syrup and caramel followed by earthy rye spice, anise, herbs and seasoned oak. Hints of cocoa and toasted grain add further depth.

Finish: Long and refined, with lingering dark fruit, maple, mint, cocoa and mature oak alongside gentle rye spice and a soft sweetness.
