Progressively the pair have expanded their vineyard holdings which now include the Quinta da Manoella property and cover around 45 hectares (111 acres). The grapes are grown organically and hand harvesting standard across the wines. The wines are generally fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in French barriques. The range of wines covers red, white and rosé still wines (most under the banner of Manoella or Pintas), most of which are produced as field blends of red Douro varieties and white Douro varieties (the exception is the Manoella rosé, made predominantly from Touriga Nacional).
