The Camus family has owned the estate since the 1930s, although the domaine itself dates to 1732. The estate primarily produces Pinot Noir from an impressive lineup of Gevrey-Chambertin grand cru sites, including the famous Chambertin vineyard. The estate consists of 18 hectares (44 acres) of vineyard land, ranging from the generic Bourgogne appellation to grand cru-level vineyards (of which the estate has 12 hectares\/30 acres).
