Not having that on hand, he decided to create it. And this is how the adventure was born with his friend Stéphane Gallet, according to him “the last great professional of natural sweet wines who is not retired or… dead.” However, the elaboration of maury was not unknown to Stéphane Gallet since since 2008, three cuvées (two whites and one red) are produced on the Terres de Fagayra (the domain of Marjorie and Stéphane Gallet), three hectares in limit north of the appellation.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThis cuvée “Le Passage” is first and foremost a story of friendship between Stéphane Gallet and Philippe Gayral.
