These vineyards have been passed through the family since, and the domaine has expanded as well, picking up plots in the prestigious grand cru sites. The viticultural portfolio is now approximately 95-percent Pinot Noir with small plantings of Chardonnay and Aligoté. In the winery, grapes are destalked prior to a short period of cold maceration.
