A broad range of wines are made from a number of grape varieties. These include Riesling, Chardonnay, the Pinots Blanc, Gris and Noir, plus Shiraz, and the red Bordeaux grapes. When conditions allow icewines are made from Riesling and Vidal. The estate has estate vineyards in each of the subregions of the Okanagan Valley; including Kelowna, Naramata Bench, Southeast Oliver and Black Sage-Osoyoos. Plots are mostly sited on benches above the valley floor with enough of a slope to increase exposure to sunshine and allow frost to drain downhill. The company is part of the BC Sustainable Winegrowing Program. In the vineyards, inter row cover crops are left to enrich the soil and encourage insect life. The company has a well developed composting system supplying the vineyards and a local nursery. It was also an early adopter of drip irrigation to moderate water usage. There is even a hibernation facility for Western rattlesnakes in the Black Sage Vineyard. Sustainable practises are also prevalent in the winery.
