This changed with the acquisition of additional vineyards in Howell Mountain and Mount Veeder that were subsequently planted to Cabernet Sauvignon and other red grape varieties typical of Bordeaux. The wine portfolio features a trio of Cabernet Sauvignon wines, sourced from Mount Veeder, Napa and Howell Mountain. Depending on the vintage, these wine spend up to two years maturing in the cellar prior to vintage.
