This project is about finding the best vineyards to express the virtues of unique terroirs within this remote area of Argentina. Vineyards are located between 1900 and 2600 meters above sea level. Pancho, a native of Cafayate, along with his team, have been focusing on rescuing old vineyards with lesser-known grape varieties.
