A small volume of red wines from the neighboring appellations of Monthélie and Volnay are also made. The estate was established by the eponymous Rémi (nephew of François Jobard) in Meursault in the mid-1990s. His first vinification, alongside father Charles, was in 1992, with the two working together until Charles' retirement (and Rémi's takeover) in 1996.
