Nose: Crisp oak, sweet vanilla and candied fruit with delicate floral notes, honey and hints of ripe berries.

Palate: Rich and full-bodied, with bright ripe berries, honey and caramel followed by vanilla, floral tones and well-developed oak. A creamy texture brings added richness and depth.

Finish: Long and rich, with lingering cherry, caramel and honey alongside creamy barrel notes, vanilla and mature oak.

Distillery Information

Four Roses Distillery was established in Kentucky in the late 19th century and has developed a distinctive bourbon-making tradition built around two mash bills and five proprietary yeast strains. This combination creates ten unique bourbon recipes, including OBSQ, the high-rye recipe paired with the floral Q yeast strain. The distillery is known for its single barrel program, carefully aging and selecting individual barrels to showcase the differences created by recipe, yeast, warehouse location and maturation. Four Roses continues to produce its bourbon in Lawrenceburg and age its whiskey in Kentucky.
