Detailed Description
A highly limited 12-year-and-5-month-old Abraham Bowman bourbon from the experimental Sequential Series, exploring the influence of different previously used barrels on mature whiskey. The bourbon was first aged for nine years in new charred American oak before receiving an additional three years and five months of finishing. This expression was finished in fourth-use barrels that had previously held bourbon and Port, creating a rich profile of dried fruit, figs, vanilla and dark spice with a gentle peppery character.

Nose: Dried fruit, fig and dark spice with vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and a touch of leather.
Palate: Rich and full-bodied, with figs, vanilla, dried berries and sweet caramel supported by toasted oak, brown spice and subtle tobacco.
Finish: Long and gently peppery, with lingering dried fruit, vanilla, dark spice and subdued mature oak.
