Un whisky escocés de pura malta Highland de Aberfeldy Distillery, creado en 1991. Fue añejado durante 29 años en una barrica de bourbon hogshead antes de que The Artful Dodger lo tomara y lo embotellara con un 46% ABV.

Información de la destilería

La destilería está ubicada en un exuberante valle en las estribaciones de las Tierras Altas Centrales de Escocia, en el pueblo de Aberfeldy y a tiro de piedra del lugar de nacimiento del fundador John Dewar. La cebada malteada escocesa y los tiempos de fermentación más prolongados crean más ésteres con sabor, lo que desencadena las notas de miel características del whisky de pura malta Aberfeldy.
