El mashbill consiste en un magnífico centeno escocés, trigo escocés zulú y cebada malteada escocesa concertada, y el whisky fue ¡Madurado en barricas de roble americano carbonizadas que anteriormente contenían Calvados!

Nariz: avellanas tostadas y manzanas de sidra dulces, junto con vainilla de roble y un toque de tabaco.

Boca: Empanada de manzana, especias de centeno picantes y pan con semillas y mantequilla, natillas cremosas y malta bizcocha.

Final: Las cálidas especias persisten con un toque de jengibre, roble correoso y manzana seca.

Información de la destilería

La destilería se construyó en 2013 en Arbikie Highland Estate, una granja de 2000 acres propiedad de la familia Stirling durante cuatro generaciones. Hay registros anteriores de producción de whisky en la finca que datan de 1794. La destilería es propiedad de los hermanos Stirling, John, Iain y David.
