Un Ardbeg añejo de 10 años muy especial, inusualmente embotellado en vidrio transparente en la década de 1980 por el antiguo propietario Hiram Walker. La friolera de 95 puntos de Serge Valentin de Whiskyfun solo realzaron el estatus legendario de este lanzamiento.

Nariz: Este es igual de fabuloso en nariz, tal vez un poco más áspero, más turboso y ciertamente más marítimo. Mucho más cercano al perfil actual, más medicinal, con mucho yodo, algo bien ácido, jugo de limón, ostras frescas (Davin dice ostras gay, no me preguntes por qué). Luego se vuelve extremadamente agrícola, con perro mojado, heno, nabos... Luego, aceite de motor otra vez, alquitrán... ¡Otra vez fabuloso!

Boca: Es sumamente rico y de sabor muy equilibrado.

Final: El final es largo, especiado y suave.
