Nariz: Refinada, equilibrada. Colocado sobre notas sutiles de heno cortado y menta blanca, un mineral (aguanieve), alcanforado.

Boca: El ataque es muy diferenciado en nariz y particularmente dinámico (ralladura de cítricos)

Final: Largo, generoso.

La destilería Ballechin era una destilería de whisky escocés que funcionó entre 1810 y 1927 y fue una de las siete destilerías agrícolas originales que operaban en Perthshire. De estos siete, Edradour es el único que queda.
