This 11-year-old Ballindalloch single malt was distilled on 21 October 2014 and matured entirely in a single sherry hogshead before being bottled on 8 June 2026. The extended sherry-cask maturation develops a rich, full-bodied character, combining dried fruit sweetness with warming spice and polished oak. Notes of raisins, dark chocolate, orange peel, and toasted nuts are complemented by honeyed malt and deep sherry richness. Bottled at natural cask strength without chill filtration or added colouring, it offers an intense and expressive Speyside whisky with concentrated flavour and a lingering finish.

Nose: Raisins, dates, and dark fruit mingle with honey, orange peel, toasted nuts, and rich sherry sweetness.

Palate: Dried figs and sultanas lead into dark chocolate, caramelized sugar, and roasted nuts. Cinnamon, clove, and polished oak add warmth, while orange zest and honeyed malt bring balance.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering dried fruit, dark chocolate, sherry sweetness, and toasted oak, followed by gentle spice and nutty dryness.
