This 11-year-old single malt was distilled at Ballindalloch Distillery on 4 June 2015 and matured in a single Oloroso sherry butt before being bottled in July 2026. The sherry cask maturation gives the whisky a rich, concentrated character, bringing together dried fruits, dark sweetness, warming spice, and mature oak. Bottled at natural cask strength, it preserves the intensity and individuality of the single-cask spirit, while Ballindalloch's elegant Speyside character provides a foundation of sweet malt and orchard fruit. With its full-bodied texture and deep sherry influence, this release offers an expressive combination of richness, spice, and oak complexity.

Nose: Raisins, dates, and dark cherry mingle with rich caramel, orange peel, toasted nuts, and sweet sherry aromas.

Palate: Dried figs and sultanas lead into dark chocolate, brown sugar, and roasted nuts. Cinnamon, clove, and polished oak add warming spice, while hints of orange zest and honeyed malt provide balance.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering dried fruit, dark chocolate, toasted oak, and sherry sweetness, followed by gentle spice and a touch of nutty dryness.
