Bimber Distillery, ubicada en Londres, se especializa en métodos tradicionales y bebidas espirituosas de alta calidad. Abrió sus puertas en 2015 y es conocido por sus licores artesanales, especialmente el whisky. Dariusz Plazewski, un polaco con antecedentes familiares de alcohol ilegal, fundó Bimber Distillery. "Bimber" significa "alcohol ilegal" en polaco. Plazewski quería mezclar las tradiciones de destilación polacas con la escena de bebidas artesanales de Londres.
