Burnt Church Distillery Johnny Fever Four Grain Small Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Burnt Church Distillery Johnny Fever Four Grain Small Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey is crafted from a distinctive four-grain blend that combines corn sweetness with rye spice, the softness of wheat, and the subtle maltiness of barley. Distilled twice in copper stills and matured in new, charred American oak barrels, it develops layers of caramel, toasted oak, and warming spice. Its balanced character brings together sweet grain notes and a rounded oak influence, making it suitable for sipping neat, enjoying over ice, or mixing into classic bourbon cocktails. The whiskey was created as a tribute to someone who held a special place in the life of co-founder Billy Watterson, celebrating family, friendship, and a shared appreciation for bourbon.
