It's stone ground and fermented with Champagne yeast, then distilled with deep well water before cask ageing.

Palate: Rich roasted agave, vanilla cream, caramel, toffee, oak, honey, dried fruit, cinnamon, nutmeg, and gentle pepper with a smooth, full-bodied texture.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering notes of vanilla, oak, caramel, sweet agave, dried fruit, and baking spices.
