Cedar Ridge es una bodega y destilería familiar ubicada en Iowa. Su Pear Brandy se destila dos veces en alambiques y se envejece en pequeñas barricas de roble americano carbonizado. Se embotella a 80 grados.

Nariz: Notas de vainilla, pera y jazmín flotan en el aroma de Cedar Ridge Pear Brandy.
Boca: Dulce en boca, ofrece ricos sabores a pera respaldados por vainilla dulce desarrollada desde su paso por barrica.

Cedar Ridge fue la primera destilería autorizada en Iowa desde la Prohibición.
