Esta es una creación bastante notable de Clase Azul Tequila. La marca tomó su Tequila Plata y luego lo mezcló con un Tequila reposado que había madurado en barricas de roble francés, así como con un Extra Añejo añejado en barricas de whisky americano y terminado en barricas de jerez. Un trío de sabrosos tequilas con opciones creativas de barricas combinaron magníficamente.
Clase Azul Oro | Notas de Cata de 700ML
Nariz: Sirope de agave, manzana verde, piel de naranja, higo fresco, pasas, ligera nota de almendra y nuez.
Boca: Tostados de madera, higo, aceituna verde, jengibre, cacao/chocolate negro.
Final: Ámbar suave con destellos dorados.
Información de la destilería
El fundador mexicano Arturo Lomeli lanzó Clase Azul en 1997, y la etiqueta ha recorrido un largo camino desde el empaque original del sombrero con el que se le otorgó originalmente. Ahora, el Tequila se presenta en reconocibles decantadores de cerámica pintados y esculpidos a mano. Esto puede tener algo que ver con el hecho de que Lomelí obtuvo una Maestría en Marketing en el año 2000, además de estudiar para convertirse en Master Distiller.
