Un equipo experimentado de destiladores utiliza un alambique tradicional europeo junto con técnicas aprendidas en Alsacia y Suiza para crear aguardientes, grappa, licores de clase mundial y más. Destilado en olla a partir de un puré fermentado puro de ciruelas azules italianas cultivadas en Oregón, Clear Creek Slivovitz es un licor suave y sofisticado que rivaliza con el mejor Slivovitz de Europa del Este, el zwetschwasser alemán y el Quetsch francés.
