The French oak adds a distinctive combination of honeyed sweetness, vanilla, apricot and warming spice while allowing the underlying bourbon character to remain prominent. Bottled at 102 proof, it offers a rich and dynamic balance of sweetness, oak and spice.

Nose: Fresh oak, apricot and vanilla with honey, caramel and delicate baking spice.
Palate: Rich and syrupy, with honey, oak and cinnamon followed by clove, vanilla and sweet caramel. The French oak contributes a gentle tannic character and warming spice.
Finish: Long and warming, with vanilla, fresh-ground cinnamon and dry French oak, gradually fading into dark brown sugar and gentle spice.
