El Dalmore 25 se madura inicialmente en roble blanco americano antes de una segunda maduración en una combinación de botas de jerez Palomino Fino y barricas de bourbon de primer llenado. Luego se casan en barriles de bourbon antes de un período de acabado en pipas Tawny Port.

Nariz: Chocolate, vainilla, mermelada.
Boca: Jengibre, especias, naranja.
Final: Cremoso y persistente.
