Don Modesto Añejo, fue elaborado para los paladares más delicados y sofisticados, y los catadores de tequila lo consideran "un clásico instantáneo". Es 100% orgánico y reposa durante 14 meses en barricas de roble blanco francés, previamente utilizadas para añejar whisky fino. Esto crea un aroma y un sabor únicos que se notan claramente desde el primer sorbo hasta la última gota.
Notas de Cata de Tequila Don Modesto Añejo
Nariz: Floral, cítricos, caramelo, chocolate y un poco de humo.
Boca: Suave, suave con un poco de especias, piel de naranja, toques terrosos y roble.
Final: Bastante largo, con notas de pimienta negra y cítricos.
