Distillery Information

Eden Mill was founded in St Andrews, Scotland, and became one of the first new distilleries to emerge during the modern revival of Lowland whisky production. Initially gaining recognition through its gin and craft spirits, the distillery simultaneously laid down whisky stocks with the goal of establishing a distinctive Lowland single malt identity. Distiller’s Cask Release #1 represents a significant milestone in that journey, showcasing spirit matured through the formative years of the distillery’s whisky program.
