Eric has an outstanding know-how, and has worked as an oenologist at Krug where his experience of blending small parcels and multi-vintages going back many years and work with oak barrels shows clearly in his Cuvée des Grands Vintages. Rodez also has enriched experience in various wine regions including Alsace where he mastered organic vineyard practices.
