Generation Irish Single Malt Whiskey | 700ML

Generation Irish Single Malt Whiskey was created by siblings Kiera and Spencer Chaplin, the grandchildren of the legendary Charlie Chaplin. Made in Ireland from malted barley, the whiskey is twice distilled in copper stills and matured in oak casks for three years. Bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration, added colouring, or other additives, it has a light, fruit-forward profile with plenty of fresh orchard fruit and malty character.

Generation Irish Single Malt Whiskey | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Banana bread, crisp green apple, vanilla fudge, and lightly toasted malt.

Palate: Soft orchard fruit and creamy malt, with banana, apple skin, honeyed cereal, and a gently yeasty note of wheat beer.

Finish: Clean and lightly sweet, with vanilla, malt biscuits, and lingering green apple.

Distillery Information

Generation was created by siblings Kiera and Spencer Chaplin, grandchildren of legendary actor and filmmaker Charlie Chaplin. The project was developed together with Distillery Krauss, an Austrian craft distillery, and reflects the siblings' connection to their Irish family heritage. Generation forms part of a broader collection that also includes Generation Vodka and Generation Aperitif. The Irish Single Malt represents the whiskey expression of the collection, combining Irish-produced spirit with the Chaplins' modern, family-focused brand identity.
