This 18-year-old Highland single malt was distilled in December 2007 and matured entirely in Oloroso sherry casks. After 17 years in its original cask, the whisky spent a final year in a second Oloroso cask, developing additional depth and complexity. Its character combines honeyed sweetness, waxy texture, and vibrant citrus with the rich, nutty influence of sherry-seasoned oak. Bottled at 52.6% ABV without chill filtration or added colouring, it offers a full-bodied expression with a balance of fruit, honey, and dry, bittersweet orange.

Nose: Quince, red apple skin, and honey, followed by beeswax, orange blossom, and a distinctive waxy character. Toasted herbs and a hint of charred pine add depth.

Palate: Oily and richly textured, with bergamot, orange rind, and honey. Orange polenta cake and marmalade develop alongside gentle oak spice and subtle nuttiness.

Finish: Long and dry, with persistent bitter orange, honeyed oak, and a bittersweet citrus character reminiscent of amaro.
