Información de la destilería

Stitzel-Weller, inaugurada el día del Derby de 1935, es una destilería ubicada en Shively, un suburbio de Louisville, Kentucky. La historia de Blade and Bow comenzó con la fundación de la legendaria destilería Stitzel-Weller en 1935, un ícono de Louisville y hogar de los padres del bourbon. Tras la derogación de la prohibición, la destilería Stitzel-Weller se construyó con un compromiso con la artesanía y el arte. Reimaginó lo que podría ser el Bourbon de Kentucky hasta que la destilación se detuvo en 1992.
