Este cóctel en barrica de la destilería de Utah combina Bourbon de 6 años con Vya Sweet Vermouth y Gran Classico, y los envejece en barrica durante 4 meses. Un cóctel complejo y fuerte que inspira la interacción entre lo dulce y lo amargo, obtuvo 88 puntos en 2014 del Beverage Testing Institute.

Nariz: Aroma herbáceo de amaro.

Boca: Cerezas secas, frutas dulces, canela, roble y nueces tostadas.
