La producción comienza con fruta fresca macerada en aguardiente neutro de melocotón durante varias semanas. Una vez que la infusión ha alcanzado la expresión ideal del carácter frutal, los sólidos de la fruta se prensan y se mezclan con la infusión líquida. Estos elementos se combinan con azúcar para agregar equilibrio, dulzura y textura. Elaborado con la variedad de cassis Noir de Bourgogne.

Maison Jacoulot se fundó en Romanèche-Thorins, en el sur de Borgoña, en 1891 y desde entonces elabora productos excepcionales: auténticos Marcs y Fines de Bourgogne, deliciosas cremas de frutas y licores.
