There is no conventional non-vintage cuvée – instead Jacquesson makes the Cuvée 700, which is more of a series of yearly releases blended from several vintages. Each of the 700 wines features the principal trio of Champagne varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, though there is considerable variation in terms of exact percentages. Jacquesson also produces a 700 DT range, with \"DT\" standing for Dégorgement Tardif, or late disgorging.
