Cosechado y seleccionado a mano, parcialmente despalillado y fermentado en tinas abiertas durante más de 20 días. Crianza en barrica durante 6 meses. El Chardonnay se cosecha a mano, se clasifica y se prensa suavemente para liberar el jugo dorado natural, luego se fermenta y se envejece en barrica durante 6 meses.

Elaborado con lo mejor que la Madre Tierra tiene para ofrecer: uvas cultivadas de forma sostenible en la Côte-d'Or y agua de manantiales históricos franceses. Las uvas Pinot Noir y Chardonnay se seleccionan a mano para este embotellado único de ginebra añeja. El vino fermenta y envejece individualmente en barrica de roble durante 6 meses. Después de mezclar los vinos, se destila una vez en una olla de cobre y seis veces en columnas de cobre, seguido de una filtración cuatro veces.

Nariz: En nariz cobran vida esencias de girasol, lilas y verbena.
Boca: Pimienta blanca y alcaparras, se funde en el paladar.
Final: Final refrescante y cálido.
