Distillery Information

Rudolf Jelínek Distillery was founded in 1894 in Vizovice, Czech Republic, a region with a long tradition of fruit cultivation and spirit production. The distillery is internationally recognized for its fruit brandies, particularly slivovitz (plum brandy), as well as a wide range of traditional Central European fruit spirits. Jelínek has maintained traditional distillation methods while modernizing production to reach international markets. Today, the distillery remains one of the most respected Czech producers of fruit-based spirits, preserving generations of craftsmanship and regional heritage.
