The mix is then blended, decanted, and double-filtered before bottling. Nose: Ripe peach, peach blossom, orange blossom, honeysuckle, citrus zest, vanilla, and delicate floral notes.

Palate: Juicy peach, apricot, pear, lychee, vanilla wafer, citrus, honey, and gentle sweetness.

Finish: Medium and soft, with lingering stewed peach, citrus, honey, elderflower, and subtle vanilla.

Charles Jacquin et Cie was founded in 1884 in Philadelphia and is recognised as America's oldest liqueur producer. The family-owned company has been operated by the Cooper family since the period following Prohibition and has developed a broad portfolio of fruit liqueurs, cordials, and spirits. Juliette was created around the French pêche de vigne peach, with the name Juliette referencing juillet, the French word for July—the month when these peaches reach their brief period of peak ripeness. The expression combines traditional fruit maceration with French brandy to create a distinctly peach-forward liqueur.
