Este sabroso Highlander comenzó su vida en la destilería del Jura en abril de 1998. Luego se dejó madurar en una barrica de repuesto, donde permaneció durante más de dos décadas. Cuando el single malt cumplió 21 años, Douglas Laing lo embotelló en barrica en agosto de 2019. Se lanzaron 251 botellas al 52,6% ABV para la serie Xtra Old Particular.

Nariz: Aroma con mucho cuerpo.
Boca: Un sabor espléndido con una sensación cálida. No demasiado ahumado pero sí suave como la seda.
Final: Roble especiado y malta dulce y aceitosa, con un dulzor duradero de nectarina.
