Los lanzamientos Solist Bourbon de Kavalan son conocidos por ser grandes, audaces y ricos. El roble Bourbon se selecciona de las mismas parcelas de barricas, pero se diluye con agua de manantial de Kavalan al 46%. Sigue siendo rico en sabor con notas de vainilla, coco y frutas tropicales.

Nariz: Notas de vainilla, nuez moscada y plátano.

Boca: Fresco y dulce con cebada cremosa, coco y roble suave.

Final: Especias exóticas.

Situada en el cruce de las montañas Yi-Lan, con vistas al Océano Pacífico, la destilería King Car ha estado creando algo que muchos pensaron que nunca sucedería: el whisky taiwanés. Ponerle a su marca el nombre del pueblo indígena que originalmente habitaba esa zona, los Kavalan, fue una forma de mostrar cuán genuino quería ser King Car Group con su nuevo proyecto.
