Destilado con un alto contenido de puré de maíz, este centeno puro de Kentucky pasa 7 años madurando pacientemente en barricas de roble profundamente carbonizadas antes de ser embotellado a 100 grados. Es la primera vez que Knob Creek agrega una declaración de edad a su whisky de centeno insignia.
