La Pulga Añejo Tequila is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave and matured in oak barrels to develop a deeper, more rounded character. Extended barrel aging softens the agave’s natural intensity while introducing layers of caramel, vanilla, toasted wood, and warm spice. Cooked agave remains present beneath the richer barrel notes, complemented by hints of dried fruit and roasted nuts. The resulting profile brings together traditional tequila character and the mellow complexity of oak maturation.

Nose: Cooked agave, vanilla, and caramel lead, followed by toasted oak, dried fruit, and gentle baking spices.
Palate: Rich agave sweetness combines with butterscotch, vanilla, and toasted nuts. Notes of caramelized sugar, dried fruit, cinnamon, and oak add depth and balance.
Finish: Warm and lingering, with caramel, vanilla, cooked agave, and toasted oak. Gentle spice and dried-fruit sweetness carry through the finish.
