Nose: Dark caramel, maple syrup, toasted oak, dried cherry, vanilla bean, and baking spice with hints of tobacco and roasted nuts.

Palate: Full-bodied and complex with brown sugar, charred oak, dark fruit, cinnamon spice, creamy vanilla, rye pepper, and layers of caramelized sweetness.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering oak tannin, cocoa bitterness, baking spice, and rich caramel depth.

Distillery Information

The Little Book series was created by Freddie Noe, eighth-generation Beam distiller and grandson of bourbon icon Booker Noe, as a platform for experimentation beyond traditional category boundaries. “The Infinite” concept takes inspiration from perpetual blending techniques, where portions of previous editions remain within future releases, allowing the whiskey to evolve continuously over time. Produced by the James B. Beam Distilling Company, the series has become known for bold barrel-strength presentation and unconventional blending methods that combine multiple whiskey styles and ages.
