Nose: Pear, green apple, honey, lemon zest, vanilla, sweet malt, white flowers, orange blossom, almonds, and soft oak.

Palate: Sweet malt, orchard fruits, honey, vanilla cream, citrus, caramel, dried apricot, toasted almonds, gentle baking spice, and polished oak.

Finish: Medium and clean, with lingering honey, pear, citrus peel, vanilla, sweet malt, gentle spice, and soft oak.

Claxton's is an independent Scottish whisky bottler founded in 2012 by Gordon and Claire Claxton. The company specialises in selecting individual casks from distilleries throughout Scotland and releasing them in small batches or as single-cask expressions.
