Detailed Description

Manojo Espadín is an artisanal mezcal crafted in Oaxaca from 100% Espadín agave, celebrating the region’s longstanding tradition of agave cultivation and mezcal production. The agave hearts are roasted in traditional earthen pits, crushed using a horse-drawn tahona, fermented in open-air vats and distilled twice in copper stills. This hands-on process preserves the natural sweetness of cooked agave while developing earthy minerality and gentle smoke. Bright, fresh and versatile, the mezcal offers a distinctive expression of Oaxacan craftsmanship that can be enjoyed neat or in cocktails.
