Distilled in August 2019 and bottled in May 2026, this limited single-cask release showcases Nc'nean's fruity, unpeated spirit matured entirely in a first-fill bourbon cask. Made from 100% organic Scottish barley, it develops a creamy character with juicy peach, fresh lemon, and sweet banana notes complemented by buttery malt and delicate vanilla. The bourbon cask enhances the natural sweetness of the spirit while contributing gentle oak and a rich, rounded texture. Bottled at cask strength without chill filtration or added colouring, this distinctive release produced just 257 bottles.

Nose: Fresh peaches, bright lemon zest, and creamy banana, followed by vanilla, sweet malt, and freshly buttered bread.

Palate: Juicy peaches and ripe orchard fruits combine with banana milkshake, creamy vanilla, and buttery malt. Bright citrus adds freshness, while gentle oak and subtle spice provide balance.

Finish: Fruity and warming, with lingering peach, lemon zest, creamy banana, and buttery sweetness, followed by a delicate touch of oak.
